Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at jonescarlik975@gmail.com. Items must be approved before being sent back — any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before requesting an exchange.


European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can request a return for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Please note: we do not offer refunds. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, an exchange will be arranged according to our policy above.
